Web Design & Development
Customers decide in seconds whether you look like the safe choice. They decide on your website, usually before anyone calls. We design and build sites that make choosing you easy.
01 — The starting point
A proper website, from $499.
The entry point is a real project with a defined scope. Here is what the first number buys, and what moves it.
The starter site, defined
- Five pages, designed & built
Home, services, about, contact, and one more page that earns its keep. Designed around your business, then built by hand.
- Built for phones first
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone, so the design starts there and scales up to desktop. It stays fast on a weak signal.
- A launch checklist, walked together
Domain, email, redirects, analytics, and the search basics. We check every item off with you before the site goes live.
- Yours, outright
The domain, the hosting, the code, and the content sit in accounts registered to you. Handoff docs are part of the build.
What moves the number
- Pages & structure
A five-page site and a twenty-page site are different projects. We price the structure before design starts.
- Content volume
How much there is to say. Menus, service areas, and long lists of offerings take real hours to do well.
- Copy support
Arrive with finished words and the number stays lean. Ask us to draft and shape them with you, and the plan prices that honestly.
Your written plan carries the exact number for your site. It is free, and it exists before any invoice.

02 — What's included
Every build carries the same standard.
From a five-page small-business site to a twenty-page rebuild, this part does not change.
- 01 — Design in the open
You see real pages as they take shape and steer early. There is no curtain and no big reveal.
- 02 — Built by hand
We write the code rather than reskinning a purchased theme. It loads quickly and keeps working.
- 03 — Words, shaped with you
Copy tightened page by page, in the plain English your customers use.
- 04 — Search foundations
Clean structure, honest page titles, and the metadata search engines rely on are part of the build from day one.
- 05 — Launch & handoff
A go-live we walk through together, then your keys: accounts, code, and docs a non-technical team can read.
03 — The process
Five stages, written down.
You will always know where the build stands and what happens next. We schedule around your busy season, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
- 01 — Plan
Tell us what the site needs to do. Within 48 hours you have a written plan: scope, approach, timeline, and an honest price. It is free, and it is yours to keep.
- 02 — Design
Real layouts for your actual pages. We revise until it reads like your business.
- 03 — Build
The approved design becomes a working site on a private link you can open any time.
- 04 — Launch
The checklist, together: domain, redirects, analytics, search basics. You give the word; then it ships.
- 05 — Handoff
Your accounts, your code, and documentation written for humans. Ongoing care is available afterward, and it is never required.
04 — Proof
Judge us on the plan.
TigerPoint is a web design and development studio working with Long Island and NYC businesses. The first thing we make for you is free: a written plan for your website, in your inbox within 48 hours. It names your pages, your timeline, and your exact price. If the plan is sloppy, you have lost nothing and learned plenty.
- Written before any invoice
Scope, price, and next steps exist on paper before paid work starts. You never pay into a black box.
- The stack, named
Astro, Cloudflare, and hand-written code. The page you are reading runs on the same stack.
- A small studio, on purpose
The people who plan the work build the work. Practical implementation, not strategy decks.

05 — Questions
Before you request the plan.
What does the free written plan contain?
A page-by-page scope for your site, the approach and stack we would use, a realistic timeline, and an exact price rather than a range with an asterisk. It is written for your business, and it is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
What happens if I don't move forward?
Nothing. No follow-up sequence, and nobody calls you. The plan stays yours, and you are free to take it to another builder. We would rather be judged on the work than on the chase.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do. The domain, the hosting, the code, and the content live in accounts registered to you, and handoff documentation is part of every build. If a previous website developer held your keys, you know why this matters.
How long does a starter site take?
Weeks rather than months for a focused five-page build. Your written plan includes the real timeline for your scope, and we work around your busy season.
What happens after launch?
The site is handed over with readable documentation, and it runs without us. If you would rather not think about updates, hosting, or monitoring, ongoing care is available. It is optional, and it never locks you in.
We already have a website. Do you rebuild or start over?
Either, and the first step is the same written plan. When we rebuild, your domain and your standing in search come with you: old pages redirect properly, and nothing valuable gets thrown away.
