Store setup & configuration
Payments, shipping zones, taxes, domain, and the dozen settings most stores get wrong, put right on day one so nobody has to untangle them later.
Shopify E-commerce
An abandoned cart is a decision your store made for the customer. We build Shopify stores for Long Island and NYC merchants where that decision goes the other way: fast pages, a catalog that makes sense, a checkout that stays out of the way.
01 — The work
A new store built from a clean slate, or real work on the one you already run. Either way the build is shaped around how you sell.
Payments, shipping zones, taxes, domain, and the dozen settings most stores get wrong, put right on day one so nobody has to untangle them later.
We start from your brand and edit the theme code directly. Layout, type, and product presentation are tuned by hand in Liquid until the store looks like you.
Collections, variants, and metafields organized so the store still makes sense at ten times the products. Your opening catalog is entered and structured as part of the build.
Cart to confirmation in as few steps as Shopify allows, tested on real phones. This is where the abandoned-cart problem is decided.
Redirects, analytics, DNS, and a walkthrough of your own admin. The store is yours to run, with a manual written in plain English.

02 — Investment
The floor is a real engagement, not a marketing number. Here is what it covers, and what moves it.
The entry engagement
Every hour of it is development time on your store. Nothing is resold from a theme marketplace.
What moves the number
Catalog size
Forty products and four thousand are different builds. Volume shapes the catalog structure, the data entry, and the schedule.
Apps & integrations
Subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, shipping software, POS. Each app is real configuration and testing work, so each one moves the estimate.
Store migration
Coming over from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, or an older Shopify setup means carrying products, customers, and order history across without losing the URLs Google already ranks.

03 — Process
01 — Plan
A written scope, approach, price, and timeline for your store, free, within 48 hours of your request. Yours to keep either way.
02 — Design
The storefront’s look settled before build begins. You approve the direction on your schedule, and nothing moves forward without it.
03 — Build
Theme code, catalog, apps, checkout, all of it visible on a preview link while it happens.
04 — Launch
Tested on real devices, then switched over deliberately. Your current store keeps selling until the new one is ready to take its place.
05 — Handoff
Documentation an owner can use without a developer on call, a walkthrough of the admin, and monthly care afterward if you want it.
04 — Proof
We don’t lead with a portfolio. Every Shopify project here starts the same way: a written plan covering scope, approach, an honest price, and a timeline, delivered free within 48 hours. It exists before any invoice does, and it stays yours even if we never work together.

05 — Questions
Four sections, written for your store specifically: the scope (what gets built, feature by feature), the approach and stack, a dated timeline, and the exact price. For Shopify work that means catalog structure, theme direction, app choices, and any migration steps are named up front.
Nothing happens. The plan is yours to keep and use with anyone, and we don’t run follow-up sequences or call you. Sometimes the plan itself says you don’t need custom work yet. We’d rather put that in writing than build something you didn’t need.
You do. The Shopify account, the theme code, the domain, the customer data: all of it, from day one. We build inside your store, and handoff documentation is part of every project.
An entry-scope store usually launches in two to four weeks. Large catalogs, migrations, and heavier app work extend that, which is why your plan includes a timeline written for your project rather than a generic estimate.
You get a store you can run yourself: plain-English documentation and a walkthrough of your admin. Monthly care is there when ongoing improvement makes sense. It stays optional, always.
Yes, both. If you’re on WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, or an aging Shopify theme, we move products, customers, and order history across and preserve the URLs Google already ranks, so launch doesn’t cost you your search traffic. If the store simply isn’t selling, the plan will say what we’d change and what it would cost.
