Services · Long Island & NYC
Development services, written down first.
Custom web applications, business websites, Shopify storefronts, mobile apps, custom AI tools, live dashboards, and brand kits. Different builds, same discipline: scope, price, and timeline on paper before any invoice.
01 — The seven services
Seven services, one way of working.
Every engagement runs the same sequence, whatever its size: a written plan first, then design, build, launch, and handoff. The numbers below are floors with a defined scope behind them, and each page states exactly what the floor buys.
The crossed-out figure is our standard rate. You pay the founding-client price while we take on our first Long Island projects.

02 — How engagements run
Money, scope, and what happens if it's not a fit.
Four questions owners usually ask before they raise a hand, answered plainly.
How does pricing work?
Each service carries a floor price tied to a defined entry scope, so the number on this page means something. Your written plan carries the exact figure for your project, itemized against your scope, and it arrives before you commit to anything.
Is the work fixed scope or ongoing?
Fixed scope by default. A project runs plan, design, build, launch, handoff, and ends with you owning the code, the accounts, and the documentation. Monthly care is available afterward for owners who want it, and nothing falls apart if you pass.
How does the free 48-hour plan work?
You tell us what you're trying to build, in one form that takes about five minutes. Within 48 hours a written plan lands in your inbox: scope, approach, timeline, and an honest price. Nobody calls you, and the plan is yours to keep whatever you decide.
What if we're not the right fit?
Then the plan says so, early. Some projects belong with an enterprise team; some are better served by an off-the-shelf tool for now. Writing that down costs us a project and saves you a bad one. We'll take that trade.
03 — The next step
Start with the plan.
Pick a service above, or just tell us the problem. Sorting that out is part of what the plan is for.
