AI Product · Private Chatbot
A private AI chatbot for knowledge that stays yours.
Your company's answers live in a dozen folders and two busy people's heads. This chatbot reads only the documents you approve, answers your team from those sources and nothing else, and never faces the public.
01 — What it does
What your team can ask it.
An internal reference desk, trained on your material and kept inside your walls.
What it handles
- 01 — Policy & procedure
Staff questions answered from your SOPs, policies, and onboarding docs, with the same answer for everyone.
- 02 — Context on demand
It pulls the right reference for routine support, client responses, and handoff notes.
- 03 — Approved research
Research support that stays inside the sources you have signed off on.
- 04 — Fewer interruptions
The document answers first, so owners and managers field fewer of the same questions.
Where it fits
- Ops, support & sales
Teams that answer the same internal questions every week.
- Documented businesses
SOPs, policies, and reference docs already exist and have owners.
- One source of truth
The doc gets checked before a manager gets asked.
It is not public website chat, it does not do open-ended web research, and it has nothing to say where no approved source material exists. If your docs are not ready yet, the plan will tell you that honestly.
02 — Done for you
Private, in plain terms.
Three things, and the build honors all of them: your team uses it internally, it answers from approved company docs and sources, and it is not a public-facing chatbot. Setting it up that way is our work, not yours.
- 01 — Plan
Free and written, within 48 hours of your request: which documents it draws from, who uses it, and both numbers.
- 02 — Configure
We set it up around your approved material and tune the answers to the way your team works.
- 03 — Connect & test
Loaded with your documents and tested against real staff questions before anyone relies on it.
- 04 — Launch
Your team gets access once you approve it, and we stay reachable after.
03 — Pricing
A working assistant, from $300 a month.
One flat monthly rate plus a one-time setup fee, and your written plan carries both numbers before anything is billed.
- 01 — Monthly
From $300/mo. Monthly billing for a private internal assistant.
- 02 — One-time setup
A one-time setup fee applies to configure it, connect it, test it, and launch it.
- 03 — In writing first
Your written plan states the exact setup fee and monthly rate for your business before you commit to anything.

04 — Questions
Before you request a plan.
What does private mean here?
Your team uses it internally. It answers from approved company docs and sources. It is not a public-facing chatbot. That is the whole definition, and the setup enforces it.
What do we need before it's useful?
Approved source material: SOPs, policies, playbooks, and reference docs, with someone who owns keeping them current. Where that material does not exist yet, the chatbot has nothing trustworthy to say, and your plan will tell you so before you spend anything.
What is it not built for?
Public website chat is a separate product. This one also does not do open-ended web research, and it will not handle analytics or forecasting outside your own material.
How does setup work?
It starts with the free written plan. Once you approve it, we configure the assistant around your documents, connect it, test it with your team's real questions, and launch it. That launch work is what the one-time setup fee covers.
05 — The next step
Start with the plan.
Tell us where your team's answers live today. Within 48 hours you will have a written plan for your assistant: the documents it draws from, the setup fee, the monthly rate, and a timeline. Reading it commits you to nothing.
