Browsing and paid work
Website content is informational. It is not a contract by itself.

Paid work starts with a signed scope that defines deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Until that is signed, anything sent through our contact flow is part of intake discussion only.
Intake and project materials
What may be processed for this intake includes:
- contact form fields and optional project notes
- website chat details and captured lead messages
- caller details and call notes for AI phone intake lanes
- transcripts or notes from configured call and workflow systems when enabled
Once paid work is underway, additional project-specific inputs may be needed for the selected lane, including:
- documents and files shared to train or connect a bot
- SOPs, internal procedures, and approved internal knowledge sources for private internal assistants
We use these materials only to provide services under the signed scope. We do not sell your data, and we do not promise to use data for anything outside your signed scope.
