Short version: we only use what you send us to run intake and the work you hire us for. Ask for removal anytime by email.

What we collect

We collect what you send us on the contact form, including your name, email, company, and project details. If a lane is relevant to you, we may also process chat messages from this site, call intake notes from AI phone flows, and uploaded files or pasted text you share to help us understand your workflow.

For product use cases like private AI chatbot and private internal assistants, we may handle company SOPs, policy docs, and approved internal sources that you want the bot to reference. For AI phone lanes, we may handle name, callback contact, issue type, call details, and any call transcript or notes that your configured system creates.

For website chatbot flows and general contact, we may handle chat transcripts, lead details, and notes for follow-up. We keep these materials to answer your request, create concepts, and run the selected lane. We do not build a profile to sell to anyone.

How we use and remove it

Contact details and notes are logged for follow-up and can be reviewed by staff members who need them for delivery. We use normal business tooling with routine access controls, then remove what we no longer need.

If you want to delete your intake details or ask questions, email [email protected]. Include your name, email, and the date of your submission.
